Wallet Setup Guide

Configure your Bitcoin and Cardano wallets before bridging.

    Open Unisat

    Open the Unisat wallet extension or app.

    Open Settings

    Click the gear icon in the bottom-right corner.

    Select Address Type

    From the Settings menu, choose "Address Type".

  4. 04

    Choose Taproot (P2TR)

    Select "Taproot (P2TR)". Bifrost requires a taproot address for peg-in.

    Open the network selector

    Click the network dropdown at the top of the wallet.

  6. 06

    Switch to Bitcoin Testnet4

    From the network list, select "Bitcoin Testnet4 (Beta)".

  7. 07

    Connect to Bifrost

    Your wallet is ready — connect it to Bifrost using the Bitcoin wallet button.
